Something not working, or a listing that looks wrong? Write to us and a person will read it. The answers below cover most of what people ask.

Updated 23 August 2026 · Applies to the FEJA apps and ofeja.com

In short

1. Getting in touch

Email support@ofeja.com. It reaches the people who build FEJA, not a queue. We aim to reply within two working days.

It helps if you tell us which phone you are on, which version of the app, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

You can also reach us on Instagram at @feja.app, which is where we post what is new.

2. Trouble signing in

Forgotten password. On the sign-in screen, choose email, enter your address, and tap the forgotten-password link. We send a reset link to that address. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived after a few minutes.

Signed in with Google. If you created your account with Google, keep using Google. You have no FEJA password unless you set one in Settings.

Signed out unexpectedly. Changing your password ends every session, on every device. Sign in again and you are back where you were.

Email not verified. If Settings shows your address as unverified, tap it and we will send the link again.

3. Changing your details

Open Settings from your initials in the top left, then Personal details. Your name, age, country and whether you are at school or university all live there, and you can change any of them whenever you like.

Your country is a field you fill in. FEJA never reads your device location.

To set or change a password, use Set a password or Change password in the same screen.

4. A listing looks wrong

Listings come from the organisations that run the programmes and from public sources. We check what we publish, but details move and deadlines shift without anyone telling us.

If a date, a link or an eligibility rule looks wrong, send us the name of the listing at support@ofeja.com and we will correct or remove it.

Always confirm the details on the provider's own site before you rely on them. FEJA is not the provider and does not run admissions.

5. Applying

Tapping Apply opens the provider's own website in your browser. You apply there, under their terms and their privacy policy. FEJA sends them nothing about you.

The app marks the listing as applied so you can tell at a glance what you have already been through. That marker is for you. The provider never sees it.

6. Saved and Quick Match

Tap the heart on any listing, or swipe right in Quick Match, and it goes to your saved list. The heart in the top right of Browse opens it.

Where the organiser has given a closing date, the listing counts down the days left and turns red in the last week. Some programmes run without a deadline, and those say so. FEJA does not send notifications, so check back on the ones you care about.

Quick Match shows one opportunity at a time. Swipe right to save it, left to skip. Skipping does not delete anything, it just takes that one out of your deck.

7. Suggesting an opportunity

If you run a programme, or you have found one that belongs in FEJA, send the link to support@ofeja.com. Tell us who it is for and when it closes.

We read every one. We do not charge to list anything, and we do not take payment for placement.

8. Deleting your account

Open Settings from your initials in the top left, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Confirm, and your account, your profile and your saved list are gone.

This is permanent and we cannot undo it. You do not need to email us and we will not try to talk you out of it.

If you cannot get into the app, you can also ask us at ofeja.com/delete-account.

9. What it costs

Nothing. FEJA is free, there is no subscription, and there is nothing to buy inside the app. We ask for no payment details.

Some of the programmes listed are funded, some are paid and some cost money to enter. Each listing says which, and the provider sets that, not us.

10. Reporting a problem

Anything that looks like a scam, a listing that should not be there, or content that worries you: write to support@ofeja.com with the name of the listing. We take those first and act the same day where we can.

For anything about your data, including a copy of what we hold or a request to erase it, the routes are set out in the Privacy Policy.
