- Seeks poems addressing myths or fables with creativity and innovation
- Classic retellings, reimaginings and personal mythologizing welcomed
- Especially interested in underrepresented mythologies
- First place: $3000 and publication; 2nd/3rd: $300/$200 and publication
- Open to new and emerging poets with ≤1 full-length book
- Submit up to 3 unpublished poems (≤5 pages) with $20 fee
Eligibility
- New or emerging poets (≤1 full-length poetry book published or forthcoming)
- Unpublished poems only
- Open internationally to poets writing primarily in English
- Multiple submissions allowed with separate fee each
- No close relationship with editors or judge
