- Offers ~130 graduate scholarships yearly for economics, business, science & technology and development fields
- Studies at 27 designated institutions across Asia and the Pacific
- Covers full tuition, monthly allowance, books, insurance, travel and thesis grant
- Requires return to home country for at least 2 years after studies
- For citizens of ADB borrowing member countries with 2+ years work experience
- Apply via partner academic institutions with required forms
Eligibility
- National of ADB borrowing member country and Japanese ODA-eligible country
- Bachelor's degree with superior academic record
- At least 2 years full-time professional work experience after degree
- Not more than 35 years old at application (with possible waiver)
- Proficient in oral and written English
- In good health and agree to return home for 2 years post-study
