- Covers tuition, admission fee, monthly allowance, travel, books, insurance
- For nationals of ADB developing member countries with 2+ years work experience
- Must return to home country and work for at least 2 years post-study
- APU selects candidates for recommendation to ADB-JSP
- Apply via APU online application by Nov 2026 or Jan 2027 deadline
Eligibility
- National of ADB borrowing member country and ODA-eligible
- At least 2 years full-time work experience post-bachelor's
- 35 years old or younger at application
- Proficient in English
- Superior academic record with bachelor's degree
- Family income ≤ US$50k/yr, individual ≤ US$25k/yr
- Not hold dual citizenship of developed country
- Agree to return home and work 2+ years after studies
