- Monthly net allowance of €2,120 plus return travel covered
- Long-term (1+ year, renewable) or short-term (1-3 months)
- Open to researchers worldwide with foreign PhD (or nearing completion)
- Priority for Marshall Plan 4.0 clusters but all fields considered

Eligibility
- Researchers with foreign doctoral degree (or nearing completion)
- Max 12 months prior stay in Belgium in last 3 years for IN applicants
- Max three application attempts per candidate
- Cannot combine long-term with F.R.S.-FNRS funding
- Submit single PDF with project (max 4 pages), CV, publications and letters
