Eligibility
- Citizen of and living/working in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine or Uzbekistan
- 25–35 years old
- Emerging leadership potential and commitment to public service
- Professional experience in rule of law, justice, transparency, governance or digital transformation
- Leading or able to influence a relevant professional project
