About
- Erasmus+ Training Course for 40 youth workers, mentors of youth councils and student parliaments, 10–18 October in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania
- Focus on digital democracy tools, trauma-informed inclusion, arts-based facilitation, and youth advocacy
- Fully non-formal learning: council simulation games, thematic workshops, study visits to local councils, co-creating a "Starter Kit"
- Each partner organization selects 4 participants, 2 of whom must be people with fewer opportunities (geographical, economic, or cultural barriers)
- Accommodation, food, and travel costs (per Erasmus+ distance bands) covered

Eligibility
- 18+ years old, comfortable communicating in English
- Actively working with youth, mentoring youth councils, student parliaments, or informal youth groups
- Interested in digital democracy, arts-based facilitation, and trauma-informed inclusion
- Able and willing to apply the tools locally after the training
- Selected via partner organizations (4 per organization, 2 with fewer opportunities)
