- Travel grant for dental students doing clinical electives (famulatures) outside Europe
- Funded by DAAD via ZAD for non-EU destinations (excl. UK, CH, NO, LI)
- One-time country-specific travel allowance; paid after return and final documents
- Requires ZAD membership, proof of completed clinical course and host confirmation
- Applications 6 weeks before start (2 months to 14 days prior)
- Apply online with CV, host letter, enrolment proof, ID and €75 transfer
Eligibility
- Enrolled dental student at a German state-recognised university
- Must remain matriculated during the famulature
- Completed integrated treatment course 1 or equivalent
- At least 2 years between two ZAD grants
- Free ZAD membership required with application
- No concurrent unapproved other funding
