Erasmus+ Youth Exchange on healthy lifestyle, September 20–27 in Visegrád, Hungary
Program includes sport, yoga, meditation, hiking, horse riding, cooking workshops, and nature experiences
Accommodation in camp-style wooden houses with shared bathrooms, meals included
Participants actively co-create the program (e.g. leading a morning sport session, organizing an intercultural evening)
Accommodation & food fully covered by Erasmus+; travel costs reimbursed up to country-specific limits
